Meet Sal Incorvaia

With more than 20 years of leadership, sales coaching, and community service, I’ve built my career on helping people connect, grow, and succeed. As founder of Brendco Group, LLC and Franchise Owner of Network in Action – Power Team Carolinas, my mission is simple: Empowering Connections, Elevating Sales and our Tagline is: Networking with Purpose and Faith.

Why I Do This

I’ve seen too many professionals waste time on surface-level networking. My goal is to build spaces where genuine relationships lead to business growth—and where every professional feels supported and challenged to succeed.

Founded by Sal Incorvaia, NIA Power Team Carolinas was created to transform how professionals connect in the Fort Mill and Rock Hill business community. We believe that networking should be intentional, efficient, and results-driven. Our mastermind approach helps members build meaningful partnerships and measurable growth.
