Step 1 – Intake Form

  • Fill out the NIA Profiler Intake Questionnaire (Google Form link provided).

  • This sets your profiler up with your business info, goals, ideal client profile, and communication style.

Step 2 – Profiler Setup

  • Alice will take your intake answers and build your personalized Persona Profiler Pro GPT.

  • This bot is calibrated to your business needs, personality, and client preferences.

Step 3 – Running a Prospect

  • When you want to analyze a potential client, referral partner, or NIA member:

    1. Provide their name + LinkedIn, Facebook, or website link.

    2. Your profiler scans available information.

    3. It generates a Persona Profile Report, including:

      • BANK, DISC, MBTI, OCEAN, EQ assessment

      • Motivators & hot buttons

      • Rapport strategies

      • Positives vs. red flags

      • Draft email/intro message

      • Open-ended questions to build connection
